We built this site to help founders, CEOs, CFOs, product managers, and engineers to learn about debt finance.
We co-founded Stilt 7 years ago, built it, and were eventually acquired. During that time, we received $1B in debt facility term sheets, and closed $350M in facilities.
At Principal, we are building what we wish existed when we started our company.
